Do Not Drink … Gamble!

[ English ]

If you like to have a cocktail ever so often, keep your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Empty your handbag, your money belt, and keep all cash, charge cards and chequebooks out of the casino. Only take only the money you anticipate to use on drinks, tips and only the pocket change you expect to lose and leave the rest behind.

Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You could have a win after a drunken evening out with your buddies and be blessed enough to catch a 25 minute toss at a hot craps table. Hang on to that account seeing that it is as brief as it gets if you consistently consume alcohol and gamble. The two simply do not go well together.

Leaving your moolah out of the casino might be a little bit excessive, but defensive actions for excessive behavior is compulsory. If you bet to profit, then don’t drink and bet. If you like to burn your cash without a worry, then drink all the no charge beer you are able to handle, but don’t take plastic credit and chequebooks to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your dead drunk head throws away all the cash!

Allow me to take this a single step more. do not drink and then head on the internet to gamble in your best-liked internet casino either. I love to beverage from the coziness of my apartment, however seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards in close proximity, I can not consume alcohol and bet.

Why? Even though I do not consume alcohol to excess, when I drink alcohol, it is certainly sufficient to cloud my common sense. I wager, so I do not drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager when you do. Both make for a dangerous, and expensive, drink.
